About Flex Legal
Flex Legal wanted to introduce a quiet and professional space within their London office for calls, focused work and confidential conversations.
As the team grows and hybrid working becomes more common, they needed a flexible solution that could offer privacy without taking up too much floor space.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied a Milli Sit and Stand Work Pod, an acoustic office phone booth designed to support both seated and standing work.
The work pod features integrated lighting, power and a compact worksurface, providing everything needed for video calls, concentrated tasks and private discussions.
Its minimalist design fits neatly with the clean, modern aesthetic of the Flex Legal workspace.
Results
The Milli work pod has given the team an easily accessible space for calls and quiet work away from the open plan areas.
This has helped reduce noise levels in the main office while giving staff more control over how and where they work.
The Milli Work pod can be relocated if the layout changes in future, ensuring long term flexibility for Flex Legal.
