The Project
As part of ongoing improvements to their office environment, Ardens wanted to introduce an enclosed and comfortable space within their open-plan layout. Their goal was to create a reliable area for focused conversations, online meetings, and confidential discussions without the need for permanent construction.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied and installed a Bob Room that met their need for improved privacy and acoustic performance. The pod features a bold blue exterior and full height glass panels that bring a contemporary look which suits the clean feel of the Ardens workspace.
Inside, the Bob Room offers a calm and enclosed environment that supports meetings, video calls, and concentrated work. The transparent yet private design helps the pod feel part of the wider office while still providing separation. Integrated lighting and effective acoustic insulation create a comfortable setting throughout the day.
The Impact
