The Project
My Office Pod supplied a combination of HushFree Hybrid Work Pods and HushFree XM Meeting Pods for British Business Bank’s London office. The project brought together two complementary acoustic workspace solutions, providing dedicated areas for individual concentration alongside enclosed spaces for smaller meetings and discussions.
The combination of meeting and work pods offers a practical way to introduce greater flexibility into an existing office environment, allowing employees to move between collaborative activities and tasks that require greater privacy without relying entirely on traditional meeting rooms.
Our Solution
For this project, My Office Pod provided two models from the HushFree acoustic pod range, each designed to accommodate different working requirements.
HushFree Hybrid Work Pods
The HushFree S Hybrid Work Pod provides an enclosed individual workspace for concentrated tasks, video calls and online meetings. Its acoustic construction helps reduce surrounding office noise, creating a more comfortable environment when privacy and focus are required.
The pod’s integrated desk and upholstered seating provide a practical space for individual work, while adjustable LED lighting and an intelligent ventilation system help maintain a comfortable working environment. The compact design also allows it to be incorporated into the wider office without requiring a permanent enclosed room.
HushFree XM Meeting Pods
The HushFree XM Meeting Pod offers a dedicated acoustic space for two people, making it particularly suitable for one-to-one meetings, confidential discussions and collaborative conversations.
Designed with acoustic glazing, sound-absorbing internal materials, integrated lighting and ventilation, the HushFree XM provides a comfortable setting for face-to-face discussions away from the distractions of a busy office. Its compact footprint makes it a useful alternative to larger meeting rooms for shorter conversations and smaller meetings.
Creating a More Flexible Working Environment
By combining individual work pods with two-person meeting spaces, British Business Bank’s London office has access to a wider range of working environments suited to different tasks throughout the day.
