Their team required an adaptable workspace that supports deep focus tasks as well as fast paced collaboration.
As their studio continued to evolve, they sought a high quality meeting pod that could provide privacy for calls, editing discussions and internal catch ups without altering the existing building layout.
My Office Pod supported Blazing Griffin with the introduction of a Silent Room meeting pod, selected for its acoustic performance, comfortable interior and clean modern aesthetic. The office meeting pod was installed within an open plan area, enhancing the studio’s layout by adding a fully enclosed space for uninterrupted work and small group meetings.
The Solution
The Silent Room meeting pod supplied for this project features a warm wood exterior, soft upholstered seating in muted brown tones and acoustic wall panels in complementary beige shades. Its interior layout includes two bench seats facing a central table, integrated power outlets and a fixed mount for screen installation. The black framing around the glazed front panels gives it a refined contemporary look that suits creative and modern work environments.
During installation, our team ensured the pod was positioned to work seamlessly with the surrounding workspace circulation. Ventilation, lighting and power were checked and calibrated so that the pod provided a comfortable environment immediately upon use. The end result is a high quality enclosed space that supports focused conversations and day to day production tasks.
