Recognising the need for enclosed yet visually open spaces that support small-group meetings, review sessions and focused tasks, the team sought a solution that offered privacy without the structural cost of new builds.
My Office Pod was engaged to supply and install a set of acoustic meeting pods from the Hush Office range, selected for their high acoustic performance, modern aesthetic and ease of integration into active office settings.
The Solution
The meeting pods installed feature bold accent interiors — the images depict striking orange upholstered acoustic wall panels paired with black framing and glazed fronts. The spacious pods are equipped with integral meeting tables, power outlets and subtle lighting to create a comfortable environment for discussion, ideation and review.
Installation was completed with careful attention to positioning within the open-plan floorplate, ensuring pod entries aligned with circulation routes and avoided disruption. Our team managed delivery, assembly, power and ventilation checks so the pods were operational on day one.
Benefits and Impact
By adding these enclosed pods, Catapult now offers dedicated zones for small-group collaboration and private conversation without reducing overall floor space or altering major building fabric. The design enhances acoustic separation, meaning staff can work, meet or review without being disturbed by nearby activity.
