To improve day to day operations and support staff with quiet areas for calls, Dalkia partnered with My Office Pod to introduce high quality acoustic phone booths.
Project Requirements
The client required a practical and discreet acoustic solution that would allow employees to step away from the open plan environment and handle private or focused conversations. With a modern office layout in Middlesex, it was important that the new booths complemented the existing design while offering strong acoustic performance and comfort for users.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied and installed Focus Office Phone Booth units. The images show a clean and contemporary set up with a white external finish and full height glazed doors, allowing the booths to fit seamlessly into the surrounding workspace. Inside, each booth includes soft acoustic panels, a slim black work surface, a matching stool and integrated power for practical use.
The design offers a balanced blend of privacy, acoustic control and minimal footprint. This enabled Dalkia to introduce focused work zones without disrupting the overall office layout.
Benefits and Impact
The addition of the acoustic phone booths has created a more productive and flexible working environment.
