Project Background
With an open layout and a steady flow of activity throughout the day, Elm Group needed a private space where staff could take video calls, focus on confidential conversations and carry out concentrated work. Their goal was to introduce a solution that blended with their clean workspace aesthetic while offering strong acoustic performance.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied and installed the Hush Hybrid Office Phone Booth for the Surrey office. This particular model is designed for hybrid working where staff frequently transition between focused work and online meetings.
The booth features a comfortable integrated seat, soft grey acoustic panels and a frosted glass rear wall that allows natural light to filter through while maintaining privacy. The design complements Elm Group’s interior palette, combining a white frame with grey upholstery for a modern and minimal look.
Due to its compact footprint, the Hush Hybrid pod fits seamlessly into open plan environments without disrupting existing layouts. It provides an immediate acoustic improvement by creating a designated private area for calls and concentrated tasks.
