About the Project
NHS Fordingbridge needed a private meeting space within their facility that would allow staff to collaborate, carry out discussions and support patient related work in a calm and confidential environment.
With limited available rooms and a need for improved acoustic control, a flexible standalone solution was the most practical approach.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied a Bob Room Meeting Pod, a spacious acoustic room designed to offer privacy for conversation, teamwork and focused tasks.
The meeting pod integrates seamlessly into the existing building, with its soft blue interior and frosted glass banding creating a comfortable, welcoming feel.
Its built in lighting, ventilation and power points ensure it functions as a fully equipped meeting room without requiring building work.
