About Ginsters
Ginsters required dedicated private spaces for focused calls, online meetings and individual work within their Devon site.
With open plan areas offering little acoustic privacy, the team needed a solution that would introduce quiet, comfortable and enclosed work areas without major building modifications.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied and installed two Penelope Work Pods, compact acoustic booths designed for individual use. Each pod features integrated seating, a built in work surface, lighting and power, creating a practical environment for concentration and communication. The soft grey upholstery and timber accents complement the interior surroundings and provide a welcoming workspace.
Results
The new pods have given staff a reliable place to step away from the open environment and focus. They support confidential conversations, enhance productivity and help reduce noise in the wider office. The pair of pods also offer flexibility, allowing several team members to access quiet spaces throughout the day.
