About Grey Parrot
Grey Parrot is a forward-thinking organisation that sought flexible, high-performance acoustic spaces within their UK office.
With demands for private collaboration zones, video call areas and quiet work throughout the day, a freestanding pod solution was the ideal choice to maintain openness whilst delivering privacy.
The Solution
My Office Pod supplied and installed the Bob Meeting Room Pods, a stylish and sound-attentive unit designed for small group work and focused conversations.
The meeting pod features a pair of upholstered seating banks facing each other with a central work surface/table, glass front door for visual openness, and integrated acoustic panels for speech privacy.
Its clean finish and modular design suited the interior aesthetics and allowed minimal disruption at install.
Results
The installation provides Grey Parrot with a dedicated quiet zone for calls, collaboration and focused tasks, improving workflow and reducing distraction in the surrounding open-plan areas.
The meeting pod’s mobility also ensures future flexibility if layout changes or relocation is required.
