We Build Silent Room Meeting Pods, Brighton
We Build selected My Office Pod, to help deliver additional meeting space.
Aided by the specialists from My Office Pod, We Build selected Silent Room Meeting Pods for its Brighton workplace to create dedicated spaces for meetings, private conversations and collaborative work within the wider office environment.
The acoustic (heavily soundproof) meeting pods provide enclosed spaces that can be used throughout the working day without the need to construct permanent meeting rooms, helping the workplace remain flexible while giving employees greater choice over where different types of work take place.
Creating Private Meeting Space Within the Office
Modern open plan workplaces often need to balance open collaborative areas with spaces that provide greater privacy and acoustic separation. Meetings, video calls and confidential conversations can be difficult to accommodate effectively when every area of the office is open to surrounding activity.
The Silent Room Meeting Pods give We Build dedicated enclosed spaces for these situations. Installing multiple pods also allows separate meetings or conversations to take place at the same time, helping reduce pressure on traditional meeting rooms and making more effective use of the available floor space.
The Silent Room Meeting Pods
The pods installed at We Build feature a contemporary dark exterior with extensive glazing, creating a strong architectural appearance while maintaining visibility across the surrounding workspace.
Inside, light upholstered seating and acoustic wall panels create a softer and more comfortable meeting environment. Integrated tables provide a practical surface for laptops and collaborative work, while internal lighting helps make each pod a self-contained space suitable for everyday use.
The contrast between the dark exterior and lighter interior finishes gives the pods a distinctive appearance while complementing the neutral flooring and contemporary design of the Brighton workspace.
Supporting Flexible and Collaborative Working
Meeting pods provide businesses with an adaptable way to introduce additional meeting capacity without permanently dividing the office. They can create clearly defined spaces for smaller meetings while allowing the surrounding workplace to remain open and flexible.
For We Build, the Silent Room pods provide additional options for private conversations, informal meetings and collaborative sessions, helping employees choose an environment that better suits the task they are working on.
