Project Background
Mind approached My Office Pod with a requirement to create calm, private and acoustically effective areas within their Colchester site. These spaces needed to allow staff and visitors to hold sensitive conversations, one-to-one meetings and wellbeing check-ins without interruption.

Bob Room – Glass-Fronted Meeting Space
The images show a spacious, fully glazed Bob Room finished with a blue steel frame, complete with horizontal privacy frosting for a softer, more secure feel. The interior features warm integrated lighting and comfortable seating, creating an inviting and peaceful environment for meetings or private discussions.
Bea Meeting Pod – Soft, Comfortable One-to-One Space
The Bea pod is shown in a calming blue and mint upholstery combination, paired with a compact oak-style work surface. This pod offers an intimate, semi-enclosed environment ideal for conversations that require both discretion and comfort.
