Before intervention, Migrant Help’s teams operated in open plan offices with limited acoustic separation and little confidentiality. Key challenges included:

Our Solution

We installed Bob Meeting Pods in both Belfast and Glasgow offices to create dedicated private zones. Key features of the implementation:

• High acoustic insulation to contain voices and reduce sound leakage
• Frosted vinyl on pod fronts to provide visual privacy without full opacity
• Large upholstered panels for both acoustic and aesthetic performance
• Placement in strategic parts of the floorplan to maintain openness
• Modular design for ease of installation and flexibility
