The Bea Meeting Pod provides a peaceful space to have a meeting, conference call or some time to concentrate on your own. The meeting pod can come as a fully enclosed unit with back and front panels and a glass door. The back is able to have no back panel or one made from fabric or glass. The optional front panel is made from glass and allows natural light to continue to flow through the pod whilst providing more privacy.
Further to the customisable panels, Bea Meeting Pod can also come with optional power, lighting, upholstery and table tops. It can be built to accommodate 2, 4 or 6 people offering flexibility when looking at the appropriate space for it to fit into. Once in position, the 5 person +pod is easy to relocate and move. It can be dismantled and reassembled somewhere else or, if you opt for castors, pushed around the office by you and your colleagues
