How long will it take to receive my order
Lead-times vary from product to product but generally you can expect to receive your pod around 5-7 weeks after ordering. We will let you know what the expected delivery time is once the order is placed.
Do you have any pods available for immediate delivery?
Some products might be in stock, or on a shorter than usual lead-time. If you have a particular deadline in mind let us know and we’ll do our best to find the best product available.
Do I need to organise the delivery and assembly of my pod?
We arrange everything to deliver and install your pod to your preferred address, so you do not have to worry about any of the logistics involved.
What is the cost for delivery and installation of pods?
Delivery and installation costs depend on a number of factors such as the number and kind of products, as well as on a few sites and access details. Once you have selected your preferred pod we’ll be happy to provide an installation estimate.
Will my pod fit through the door?
Most products come flat packed and are assembled on site by our expert technicians so often we can fit them in through most spaces. Completing our installation checklist prior to installation will make sure we cover all potential access issues and have a smooth running installation.
Can I assemble the pod myself/hire an IKEA assembler?
Pods are slightly more technical to assemble than common flat-packed furniture, and though you are free to arrange your own assembly, we strongly recommend you use our team of experienced technicians. In addition to this precaution, using your own assemblers can affect the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
I am after a more bespoke pod specification that I cannot see on your website, how can you help?
Most of our pods are highly customisable, meaning there is something suitable for all needs and tastes. We also have a great knowledge of the pod market and will be very happy to source any pod/product you need.
Do pods have some sort of warranty?
Most pods have a standard 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a particular pod in mind, do get in touch and we can confirm its particular warranty policy.
Do you rent/lease your pods?
Although our pods are not available on a rental basis, we do offer finance via our credit partner (subject to approval). Please get in touch with us for more information.
I am not sure which pods are better for my space or if they can fit, do you provide any advice?
Yes, we will be very happy to book a call/site visit, as applicable, with one of our sales representatives to discuss and better understand your specific requirements. We have completed a high number of projects from easy office layouts to complex sites and we’ll be able to advise the best option in terms of suitability and budget.
Are you pods available for viewing in person?
Most of our pods are available for viewing in London, get in touch with us to get a quotation after which we’ll be happy to organise viewings of your preferred pods.
