Co-working and open plan spaces are not always perfect. For example, people on the phone get distracted, or they can distract others. Kolo Phone Booth has found a way and solves this problem.

It’s as simple as putting up a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Simply go into the Kolo Solo for some peace and quiet. It offers a great space for a phone call, video-conference or private work. Keep the office flexible and take privacy with you – wherever and whenever you want. Use Kolo Phone Booth for a private phone call, focused work, or just to get away from the office chatter. With an approximate acoustic decibel rating of 35, you can be assured of privacy and the interior of the office phone booth can be personalised with dimmable lighting and ventilation.

Designed for maximum space efficiency, the Kolo Phone Booth can also have a stool which attaches directly to the floor. With a swiveling upholstered seat and a height-adjustable steel base, it pairs with the built-in table to create the ideal environment for private work.

With Kolo Phone Booth, you can also set the mood and personalise the space by adjusting your preferred lighting. The LED lights are dimmable from 1900 lumens and the colour temperature can be controlled from a range of 2700-6500K. Users can also keep cool using the sensible airflow system that keeps the space comfortably ventilated. The ventilation fan has a controlled airflow of 52 litres / second for Kolo Solo and 104 litres / second for Kolo Duo.

The phone booth is available with a variety of external finishes which includes many different colours, if so required. The mobile booth also comes with all necessary accessories, as standard. Including, lighting, air circulation, power and a shelf for your laptop or to write on. The pod comes flat-packed and can be assembled surprisingly quickly which also means it’s easy to move or take with you if you move.

LED Light:
The LED light is activated by a PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor and turns off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. It is dimmable from 1900 lumens and the colour temperature can be controlled from a range of 2700-6500K. The light is FCC certified, cULus listed, and DLC (DesignLights Consortium®) certified.

Tempered Glass:
The glass are tempered and protected with anti-shatter film.

Door Handle:
Kolo’s standard door is right-handed. However, the orientation can be easily changed to left-handed.

Acoustic Foam:
The entire Kolo unit is lined with REACH and RoHS compliant acoustic foam which effectively dampens noise.

Steel Exterior:
Special whiteboard finish is available upon request. The steel panels provide perfect canvasses to deliver messages or be used as discussion boards.

Ventilation:

Cable Management:
Electric cables can be accessed easily by removing the glass panel. There is a hidden compartment where any external digital devices such as monitors can be easily connected and routed.

PET Fabric:
The PET fabric is sound-absorbing and complies to EN 1021-1:2014 (resistance to ignition by cigarettes) / BS 5852-2:1982, GB Fire Regulations (resistance to ignition by flame) / 16 CFR 1610 (flammability of textiles).

Door Hinge:
The multi-functional door hinge has a weight-bearing feature which allows effortless opening and closing. Additional features can be set for the door to lock in position at 90 degrees and auto-close which prevents collision against walls or surrounding obstacles.
