Residence Work Pod
Residence Work Pod is a no nonsense unit, with a simple yet highly functional design, to provide exactly what its name implies: a perfect pod where to work. It is similar to a phone booth in structure and function, but this work pod is larger than standard phone booths, and it is also better equipped, as to allow use over longer periods of time. This work pod is made of furniture grade birch plywood and it has a simple design, characterised by simple lines and a rectangular shape which provides a small room within a room, a completely private and self-enclosed, free standing office.
Residence Work Pod is fully equipped with a ventilation and LED light system to make sure users can work in a well lit and fresh environment, just as you would expect from any built-in office. This work pod is also fitted with power and USB connections, so that workers can stay connected without having to worry about running out of battery. Residence Work Pod also has an integrated work top, big enough to hold a tablet/laptop, or a notebook and, even your cup of tea. It also has a fully integrated work bench, upholstered and cushioned for seating comfort.
The interior of the Residence Work Pod is fully upholstered in a fabric of your choice, with additional options to have the back panel in glass, solid plywood or MFC, but if you want to create a bolder design, you can also choose from a graphics back panel, to make a statement. Likewise, The exterior of this acoustic pod can be modified to achieve the desired look, from wood veneers to emulate nature, to MFC finishes, in a variety of colours to create an array of looks; from the classic to the eccentric.
