The Sonus M is purpose-built for focused work, offering a serene, acoustically controlled space that reduces speech levels to Class B standards according to ISO 23351-1:2020, making it an ideal two person acoustic pod . Its sturdy construction combines melamine-faced chipboard, MDF, PET felt, and acoustic foam, while users can choose between a PET felt or laminated glass back wall to match aesthetic or functional preferences. The pod’s door and wall panels are modular, with the ability to configure door swing and wall placement during installation, ensuring easy adaptation to existing layouts.
Inside, the workspace includes an HPL desktop with sloped edges and a 50 kg load capacity, perfectly suited for laptops, notepads, and small devices. Optional seating in the form of upholstered poufs with foam-padded backrests enhances comfort for two users, making the Sonus M a two person acoustic pod ideal for private meetings, video conferencing, or focused individual work. PIR-activated LED lighting delivers up to 1508 lumens at 4000K, providing a bright, energy-efficient environment without the need for manual switches.
Advanced Air Management, Power Access, and Flexible Assembly
The Sonus M features automatic ventilation, with air quality maintained by four ceiling-mounted fans with a combined airflow of approximately 400 m³/h. These ultra-quiet fans operate at just 24.6 dB(A) each, ensuring that users remain undisturbed even during extended sessions. The pod also includes an integrated ventilation and lighting control panel conveniently mounted on the media wall for intuitive operation.
Power is delivered via a universal socket with USB-A and USB-C fast charging, suitable for devices requiring up to 5A. With both top and bottom power feed options, the pod easily adapts to various site installations. Floor panels include antistatic polyester carpeting, and the entire unit rests on adjustable feet with concealed castors for stable yet mobile positioning. At 2250 mm wide and requiring a minimum room height of 2470 mm, the Sonus M fits standard office conditions while delivering premium acoustic and ergonomic performance.
