The circular shape of Cave Meeting Pod means that the people who sit in it have an unimpeded view of each other. No one is leaning over a table and stretching their neck to see who’s talking, which makes it an excellent space for group communication and conversation. The meeting booth can be configured in different ways so to create smaller or larger circles, depending on how many people need to be accommodated.

There is an option for a matching table to go in the middle of the chosen size circle, somewhere to put notepads and coffee cups. It is also possible to have a mobile work wall panel with the Cave Meeting Pod that has a magnetic whiteboard or can mount a flat screen monitor.

The shape of the panels surrounding the seating means that there is privacy when inside the meeting booth and improved acoustics but, as it isn’t fully enclosed, it means that the light in the surrounding space can shine into it, making it nice and bright.

Base:
Metal sled-base, powder-coated in a variety of finishes.

Seat and backrest:
The structure is made with a wooden frame wrapped in foam and upholstered in fabric. There is the possibility to upholster individual sections of the pod in different colours of the same fabric.

Walls:
The structure is made with a wooden frame wrapped in foam and upholstered in fabric.

Tables:
Dimensions: 803Ø x 560/1110h mm.

Finished with a black or white high-pressure laminate (HPL) top, always with a black edge and a powder-coated metal frame.

Cave workwall:

Dimensions: 1215w x 1740h x 675d mm
The structure is made with a wooden frame wrapped in foam and upholstered in fabric. A metal sled-base mounted on castors.

Whiteboard:
Magnetic dry-wipe whiteboard with a shelf for felt-tip pens and eraser. To the rear of the wall, the shelf also acts as a handle to help move the it.

Reinforcing panel:
An optional panel that is placed under the upholstery to enable a TV to be mounted to the workwall.
